This website is operated by EZGo Roadside Assistant (“we”, “us”) for the rental of the apartments at 935 Davis Terrace, Schenectady, New York 12303. It is used to view the apartments, apply to rent, sign leases, pay rent, request repairs and communicate with tenants and contractors.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. They apply to the website only. A tenancy is governed by the lease signed by the landlord and the tenant.

Rent, availability, floor plans and other listing information may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to rent; a tenancy begins only when a lease is signed by both parties.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, familial status, age, marital status, military status, lawful source of income, or any other characteristic protected by the federal Fair Housing Act or the New York State Human Rights Law.

We use this information to review rental applications, prepare and keep leases, bill rent and record payments, arrange repairs, communicate with tenants and contractors, handle move-outs and security deposits, keep the site secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Applications and tenant records are available only to the landlord and those working on the landlord’s behalf. We share information only:
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), stores passwords only in hashed form, and stores identification photos encrypted. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by New York law.
Tenant records, leases and payment history are kept for the duration of the tenancy and afterwards for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Applications that do not result in a lease are deleted when no longer needed. You may leave the waiting list at any time using the link in any waiting-list email.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any information we are required by law to keep.
The site uses only essential cookies, which keep you signed in and record your cookie preference. See the Cookie Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
