Other Tenants
Add anyone else aged 18 or over who will live with you and sign the lease. We email each of them a link to sign it themselves, and everyone named on the lease shares responsibility for it.
Security Cameras
The house has two Ring video doorbells and two solar UBIA cameras outside. Tick the ones you want to use, or leave them all unticked if you don't need any. Each camera goes to the first tenant who asks for it; the other tenant can ask that tenant for shared access.

We move the cameras you take over to your own Ring or UBIA account. Any subscription or cloud storage is yours to pay; Ring's plan is about $100 a year. When you move out, you transfer them back to us or to the next tenant.
